Aizawl, April 23: A groundbreaking artificial intelligence project developed by a Mizo creative technology team has earned international recognition after winning the Webby Award 2026 People’s Voice Award in the AI Experimental and Innovation category. The award-winning project, titled “My First Voice,” was created by Mizo creative technology designer John Vanlalremruata Paite and his team with the aim of helping children who face difficulties in verbal communication.
The achievement has been hailed as a significant milestone not only for the creators but also for Mizoram’s growing presence in the fields of technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
