Mon Smart Hub Initiative Goes Live, Opens Digital Public Services to General Public

The initiative brings multiple key administrative services under a single digital platform, aimed at ensuring faster, more transparent and efficient delivery of public services. Through the Mon Smart Hub Portal, residents can now access a wide range of government services online without the need for repeated physical visits to offices.

Under the judicial services, citizens can apply for income certificates, movement permits, religious certificates, domicile certificates and marriage certificates. The arms section includes services such as purchase permits for arms and ammunition, as well as carrying permits. In the land revenue category, services include renewal of site permits, construction permits and issuance of duplicate site permits.

The platform also covers development-related services, including appointments under the Village Development Board (VDB), and Mon Town Council services such as issuance and renewal of trade permits.

The district administration has encouraged the public to make full use of the Mon Smart Hub Initiative to ensure timely, convenient and hassle-free access to essential administrative services.
