The programme focused on reinforcing core concepts, improving subject knowledge, and equipping students with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their examinations. It received overwhelming support from Panchayats, School Management Committees (SMCs), parents, and local communities, whose active participation contributed significantly to its smooth implementation. Residential facilities were also arranged at most coaching centres to ensure that students from remote areas could participate without difficulty.

Classes were conducted according to a structured timetable, covering key subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Science. Experienced teachers employed interactive teaching methodologies, combining classroom instruction with regular practice sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and personalised academic guidance. To familiarise students with the latest examination pattern, sample question papers based on the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) format were prepared by the Katalytic Charter Education Foundation. Weekly assessments were also conducted to help students evaluate their progress and improve their performance through continuous practice.

Special attention was given to students requiring additional academic support. Teachers provided individual mentoring and remedial sessions to ensure that no student was left behind, reflecting the programme's commitment to inclusive and equitable learning opportunities.
