The successful candidates were felicitated and presented with their appointment orders during a special programme organised by the state government, marking the beginning of their journey in public service and nation-building.

The recruitment examination was conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).

Describing the recruitment process as a shining example of transparency, merit and efficiency, Pema Khandu complimented the APPSC for conducting the examination with fairness, speed and integrity.

The Chief Minister also highlighted one of the most inspiring aspects of the felicitation programme, stating that it was heartening to witness several Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) securing positions as Junior Engineers purely through determination, hard work and merit.

He said the achievement of the PwD candidates reflected the spirit of perseverance and inclusivity, while also serving as an inspiration to youths across the state.

According to the Chief Minister, the appointments reaffirm the Arunachal Pradesh Government’s commitment towards empowering young people through fair and merit-based recruitment opportunities.

Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, who attended the felicitation-cum-appointment order distribution ceremony, also congratulated the successful candidates and reiterated the government’s commitment to transparent and accountable recruitment practices.
