In a message shared on social media following the declaration of the election results, the Chief Minister expressed gratitude to BJP karyakartas for their commitment and tireless efforts throughout the campaign. He acknowledged the role played by party workers in taking the BJP’s message and development agenda to voters across the tribal regions of the state.
Dr. Saha praised the dedication shown by party members who worked extensively during the election campaign, describing their efforts as courageous and sincere. He noted that BJP workers had reached out to people in villages, towns and remote areas, engaging with voters and highlighting the party’s vision for the development of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council.

At the same time, Dr. Saha extended his congratulations to the Tipra Motha Party and its winning candidates for their performance in the TTAADC elections. He stated that the BJP respects the democratic verdict delivered by the people and accepts the outcome with humility.
The Chief Minister emphasized that elections are an integral part of democracy and that every electoral result offers valuable lessons for political parties. He said the BJP would carefully analyze the outcome, learn from the experience and continue working to strengthen its connection with the people.
“The mandate of the people is supreme in a democracy. We respect the verdict and accept it with humility. Every election provides an opportunity to reflect, learn and emerge stronger,” he said.
Dr. Saha also reiterated that the BJP remains firmly committed to the development, welfare and progress of all communities in Tripura, including those residing in the TTAADC areas. He stressed that the party would continue to work for inclusive growth, improved infrastructure, better public services and the socio-economic advancement of tribal communities.
“Our commitment to development, unity and the people remains unwavering. We will continue to move forward with greater strength and determination, working for the welfare of every citizen of Tripura,” the Chief Minister added.
The TTAADC elections are regarded as one of the most significant political contests in Tripura, as the autonomous council governs nearly two-thirds of the state's geographical area and represents a large section of the indigenous population. The outcome of the elections is often viewed as an important indicator of political sentiment within the tribal belt.
Political observers noted that the results are likely to influence future political strategies and shape the evolving dynamics between regional and national parties in the state. The strong performance of Tipra Motha has reinforced its position as a dominant force in tribal politics, while the BJP is expected to reassess its strategy in the autonomous district council areas.
Despite the electoral setback, BJP leaders maintained that the party would continue engaging with tribal communities and implementing development initiatives in partnership with the state government. The Chief Minister's message reflected a conciliatory tone, emphasizing democratic values, respect for the electorate and a commitment to continued public service.
With the TTAADC election results now clear, attention is expected to shift toward governance and development priorities within the autonomous council. Both the ruling state government and the newly elected council leadership will play key roles in addressing issues concerning infrastructure, education, healthcare, livelihoods and tribal welfare in the years ahead.
The Chief Minister concluded by thanking voters for their participation in the democratic process and reaffirming the government's commitment to building a united, prosperous and inclusive Tripura for all its citizens.
