Sikkim CM Prem Singh Tamang Meets Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia in New Delhi

New Delhi, April 9: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang met Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) and Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia in New Delhi and discussed key developmental priorities of the state.

During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed ongoing and upcoming projects in Sikkim and discussed areas such as tourism, agriculture and infrastructure development.

Tamang also briefed the Union Minister about several new initiatives aimed at accelerating holistic and sustainable growth in the state. He highlighted the government’s focus on organic farming, youth empowerment and effective implementation of developmental projects.

The Chief Minister expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) for its continued support towards Sikkim’s development and shared the state’s vision for inclusive and sustainable progress.

Tamang also invited Scindia to visit Sikkim and experience the state’s natural beauty and serene environment. The Union Minister assured his full support, and both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to the overall development of the state and the Northeast region.
