Phek, April 15: The Governor of Nagaland, Nand Kishor Yadav, visited Phek District on Wednesday where he was accorded a civic reception by various civil society organisations.

During the visit, the Governor held a review meeting at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Phek to assess the progress of development projects and the functioning of the district administration.
He also interacted with beneficiaries of various government welfare schemes and listened to their experiences and feedback regarding the implementation of these initiatives in the district.

Officials said the visit aimed to review administrative performance and strengthen the delivery of government programmes at the grassroots level.
