Arunachal CM Congratulates 461 CSL Candidates, Says System Upholds Merit and Transparency

Itanagar, April 17: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has congratulated the 461 successful candidates who cleared the Combined Secondary Level Examination (CSLE)–2025, conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB), describing their achievement as a reflection of hard work, perseverance, and a recruitment system founded on merit and transparency.

In a message shared on social media, Khandu lauded the successful candidates for their dedication and commitment, noting that their accomplishment was the result of months of preparation and determination. He emphasized that the selection process demonstrated the state government's commitment to ensuring fair and transparent recruitment practices.

The CSLE–2025 witnessed an overwhelming response from job aspirants across Arunachal Pradesh, with 47,132 candidates competing for Group C and Group D posts across 26 government departments, including seven Deputy Commissioners' offices. The large number of applicants underscored the highly competitive nature of the examination and the significance of securing a position through the process.

Khandu stated that the examination successfully identified deserving candidates based on merit, ensuring that qualified and capable individuals would join the government workforce. He highlighted that the recruitment process reflected a system that has evolved to uphold the principles of fairness, accountability, integrity, and equal opportunity.

“The success of these candidates is not only a personal achievement but also a testament to a transparent and credible recruitment mechanism that rewards merit,” the Chief Minister said.

Congratulating the newly selected candidates, Khandu urged them to approach their responsibilities with sincerity, professionalism, and a spirit of public service. He reminded them that government employment carries significant responsibility and offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the development and welfare of the people.

The Chief Minister also encouraged the candidates to serve the state and the nation with pride, dedication, and integrity. He expressed confidence that the newly recruited personnel would become valuable assets to their respective departments and play an important role in strengthening public administration and service delivery across Arunachal Pradesh.

The successful completion of the CSLE–2025 recruitment process has been widely viewed as another step toward promoting merit-based governance and strengthening the state's administrative workforce.
