Imphal, March 1, 2026: Manipur Deputy Chief Minister Losii Dikho was conferred an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Imphal Theological College and Seminary during a simple and solemn graduation ceremony held at Mao Baptist Church, Dewlahland, Imphal.

The honorary degree was awarded by the President of the college, Dr. Telen Wilson Kom, in recognition of Dikho’s contributions toward social transformation, promotion of education, and his role in uplifting the church and ministry. With the conferment, he was formally pronounced as Dr. Losii Dikho.

The ceremony also witnessed 15 graduates receiving their degrees alongside the Deputy Chief Minister.
Accepting the honour, Dikho expressed gratitude to the college and the congregation for their trust and support. He acknowledged the new responsibility that comes with the title and sought continued prayers and encouragement as he embraces his renewed commitment to service and ministry.
