Competing at ONE Friday Fights 144 held at the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, the rising star from Mizoram faced Filipino opponent Jake Bron in the strawweight division. After a competitive opening round, Lalthazuala took control in the second round, expertly locking in an arm-triangle choke that forced his opponent to tap out at 3:56.
Representing Dojang MMA & Fitness Studio, Guwahati, under Team Joseph, Lalthazuala displayed composure, technical precision, and a steadily evolving ground game throughout the bout.
