New Delhi, February 21: Chief Minister of Manipur, Shri Y. Khemchand Singh, paid his last respects to Late Shri Vungzagin Valte at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram upon his arrival in Delhi on Saturday.

In a solemn gesture, the Chief Miniter stood in silence before the mortal remains and offered floral tributes to the departed leader. He conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and spent time interacting with them, expressing solidarity and support during their time of grief.

A condolence meeting was later held, attended by the Chief Minister along with MLA Shri Khashim Vashum (Chingai AC), MLA Shri Ngursanglur Sanate (Tipaimukh AC), and MLA Shri L.M. Khaute (Churachandpur AC). Family members, relatives, and prominent leaders of the Zomi community based in Delhi were also present.
The gathering remembered the life and contributions of the late Vungzagin Valte, with leaders offering prayers and words of comfort to the family.
