Imphal, January 29: The Governor of Manipur Ajay Kumar Bhalla presided over the 1st Convocation of Manipur Technical University, congratulating the graduating students and describing the historic occasion as energising and inspiring.

Addressing the graduates, the Governor emphasised that there are no shortcuts to hard work and no substitute for discipline. He urged students to remain resilient in the face of challenges, explore diverse career opportunities, and apply their knowledge and skills for the betterment of society.
Highlighting the role of education in nation-building, the Governor encouraged the young graduates to uphold values of integrity, perseverance, and social responsibility as they embark on their professional journeys.
