Pasighat, January 29: Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday inaugurated Academic Block–A of Arunachal Pradesh University at Pasighat, marking a significant step towards strengthening the state’s higher education infrastructure.

Speaking at the inauguration, the Chief Minister said the new academic block reflects the government’s continued commitment to improving the education ecosystem and creating better learning opportunities for the youth of Arunachal Pradesh. He noted that investment in modern academic infrastructure is crucial for nurturing talent, promoting research, and preparing students for future challenges.
Khandu highlighted that Pasighat, often referred to as the gateway of Arunachal Pradesh, is steadily emerging as an important educational hub. He said the addition of the new academic block would further reinforce Pasighat’s role in the state’s academic and intellectual growth.
