CM Pema Khandu Inaugurates APUFEST 2026 at Arunachal Pradesh University

Pasighat, Jan 29: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday officially inaugurated APUFEST 2026 at Arunachal Pradesh University, Pasighat, extending his best wishes to students and organisers for a vibrant, memorable, and successful celebration. The annual university festival is expected to bring together students from various disciplines through a series of cultural, literary, academic, and sporting activities.

Addressing students, faculty members, and guests during the inaugural programme, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of higher educational institutions in shaping the future of the state. He expressed his vision of seeing Arunachal Pradesh University evolve into a premier centre of learning that attracts students not only from across Arunachal Pradesh but also from other parts of India and abroad.

Khandu said universities should serve as hubs of innovation, creativity, and cultural exchange, providing students with opportunities to grow academically as well as personally.
