Itanagar, September 10, 2025: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu felicitated 140 successful candidates of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination (APPSCCE) 2024 at a special ceremony on Thursday. The event marked the formal handing over of appointment letters to the new entrants into state government service.
Calling the occasion “momentous,” Khandu reminded the young officers that public service is a noble mission. “Remember, we are to serve, not to rule. Our duty is to uplift communities, solve problems, and lead with empathy,” he said.
In his message, the Chief Minister lauded the perseverance and dedication of the candidates, emphasizing that their success is the result of relentless effort and determination. He advised them to serve with compassion, stay calm under pressure, listen to the voices of the people, and take full ownership of their responsibilities.
