The latest session of the public outreach programme was held at the Chief Minister’s official residence in Agartala, where citizens presented a wide range of grievances, requests and suggestions concerning public services, infrastructure, welfare schemes, healthcare, education and local development issues.

Listening to the concerns raised by the participants, Dr. Saha assured them that the government would take appropriate steps to address genuine grievances in a timely manner. He stated that every issue brought before the administration would be examined carefully and forwarded to the concerned departments for necessary action.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme has emerged as an important platform for direct communication between the government and the people. By enabling citizens to interact personally with the state's highest executive authority, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between the administration and the public while ensuring greater accountability in governance.

“People’s voices matter, and under this initiative every voice is being heard,” Dr. Saha said, reaffirming the government's commitment to responsive governance and public participation in decision-making.

Officials noted that the programme reflects the state government's broader vision of participatory governance, where citizens are encouraged to share feedback and contribute to policy implementation. Such interactions also help the administration identify grassroots challenges and monitor the effectiveness of government schemes.

Since its launch, Mukhyamantri Samipeshu has facilitated direct engagement with hundreds of citizens, enabling faster resolution of issues and strengthening public trust in the government. The initiative continues to serve as a key mechanism for ensuring that governance remains accessible, responsive and people-oriented across Tripura.
