Itanagar, Aug 6, 2025: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has called on government employees to see their roles not merely as a source of livelihood but as a higher calling dedicated to public service. In a message shared on social media, Khandu emphasised that the large government workforce exists to serve the people, with positions earned through competitive examinations demanding hard work and talent.

He stressed the need for regular training to reorient mindsets, reminding employees of their core purpose and equipping them to better serve the public. “We must put our hard work and talent to good use for the people,” Khandu stated, adding that the focus should remain on making a difference rather than just sustaining oneself.
