Ziro, August 16, 2025: The students of Blue Pine Residential English School, Ziro, brought laurels to their institution by clinching the winners’ title at the Battle of Minds 2.0 Zone 3 competition. Represented by Nani Nappi and Hibu Kaku, the team outshone their peers in a spirited contest of intellect, quick thinking, and teamwork.
The finale, held at St. Claret’s Cultural Hall, witnessed participation from leading schools of the region, including Hill Queen Education Institute, Government Higher Secondary School Hija, Midland Education Centre, DKGHSS Hapoli, and Frontier School. Each team impressed with their knowledge and creativity, making the event a vibrant showcase of young talent.
Organised under the Department of Youth Affairs, the Battle of Minds aims to foster critical thinking, confidence, and problem-solving skills among students across Arunachal Pradesh. The Ziro zone edition drew enthusiastic participation and highlighted the academic vibrancy of the region.

Expressing their joy, the winners attributed their success to “teamwork, preparation, and encouragement from teachers,” while school authorities hailed the achievement as a milestone in Blue Pine’s growing academic reputation.
With this victory, the Blue Pine duo will now represent Zone 3 at the state-level finale next month, where champions from across the state will compete for the coveted top honours.
