Imphal, May 18: Indian Oil Corporation Limited on Monday assured the public that there is no shortage of LPG, petrol or diesel in Manipur and appealed to consumers not to panic or engage in unnecessary hoarding.

In a press release issued from the Indian Oil AOD State Office in Imphal, the company said regular fuel supply is being maintained across the state and urged consumers not to purchase petrol or diesel in loose containers, jerrycans or barrels.
The statement also advised Indane customers to avoid panic booking or stockpiling of LPG cylinders and rely only on official sources of information.

Indian Oil further encouraged customers to continue using digital booking facilities for LPG refills through missed calls, SMS, IVRS, WhatsApp, mobile applications and online payment platforms.
The press release was issued by Rajkumar Mohen Singh, State Level Coordinator of the Oil Industry in Manipur.
The clarification comes amid public concerns over fuel availability in the state, with authorities seeking to prevent panic buying and ensure smooth distribution of petroleum products.
