Imphal, May 7: Manipur Chief Minister Khemchand Yumnam on Thursday chaired a review meeting with ruling NDA MLAs at the Secretariat to discuss the welfare of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) facing hardship across the state.

He reiterated that the state government remains committed to ensuring the care, dignity, and rehabilitation of IDPs.
In a separate development, the Chief Minister also chaired the 7th Cabinet Meeting at the Secretariat, where key issues related to governance and administration were discussed.

Khemchand Yumnam stated that the decisions taken during the Cabinet meeting, after due deliberation, are expected to strengthen governance and contribute to the overall development of the state.
He further reaffirmed the government’s commitment to effective governance, public welfare, and inclusive progress for all sections of society.
