Chümoukedima, April 24: Nagaland’s Minister for Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) and Cooperation, Jacob Zhimomi, inaugurated the newly constructed Lotha Community Ki at Diphupar Village in Chümoukedima district on Friday, marking a significant milestone for the local Lotha community and its efforts to preserve cultural identity and strengthen social unity.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by community leaders, village elders, representatives of various organizations, and members of the Lotha community, who gathered to celebrate the completion of the community facility. The event was marked by expressions of gratitude, cultural pride, and optimism about the role the new structure will play in promoting community welfare and cultural preservation.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Jacob Zhimomi expressed his happiness and privilege at being part of what he described as a historic occasion for the Diphupar Lotha community.
