The initiative forms part of the party’s nationwide effort to enhance organisational efficiency, build leadership capacity, and equip workers with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively engage with the public.

Party leaders said the training programme was designed to provide workers with a deeper understanding of the BJP’s ideology, vision, and organisational structure while preparing them for future political and social responsibilities at the grassroots level.

During the various training sessions, participants were introduced to the history and evolution of the Bharatiya Janata Party, its guiding principles, and the philosophy of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, one of the party’s foremost ideologues. Speakers highlighted the concept of Integral Humanism, which forms a key ideological foundation of the BJP and emphasizes balanced development that addresses both material and social needs.

The programme also focused on modern political communication and technological advancements. Trainers explained how these platforms can help party workers connect more effectively with citizens and improve organisational coordination.

In addition, discussions were held on the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in governance, public administration, and political engagement. Participants were briefed on how emerging technologies can be utilized to improve service delivery, analyze public needs, and enhance communication strategies in an increasingly digital environment.

The training programme also included sessions on various welfare schemes implemented by the central and state governments. Party workers were encouraged to familiarize themselves with these initiatives so that they can help ensure that the benefits reach eligible citizens in their respective areas.
