Itanagar, April 27: Bamin Lure, son of late Bamin Chada, has secured All India Rank (AIR) 4 in the Open Category and Rank 1 in the Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category in the entrance examination for the Master of Design (M.Des) programme at the National Institute of Design.

The M.Des programme at the National Institute of Design is regarded as one of India’s most prestigious design courses, known for nurturing creativity, innovation and practical problem-solving skills across diverse design specialisations.
Congratulating the achiever, Pema Khandu, Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, described the accomplishment as remarkable and a proud moment for the state.
In a message shared on social media, Khandu said Lure’s success highlights the growing presence of talent from Arunachal Pradesh on national platforms, particularly in creative fields such as design.
He expressed hope that the achievement would inspire young people across the state to pursue careers in creative disciplines and aim for excellence at national institutions.
