Itanagar, April 7: Arunachal Pradesh artisan Oter Tayeng has brought pride to the state by securing the first prize at the prestigious Bharat Tribes Festival 2026 for promoting Mebo’s traditional bottled rice wine, a unique indigenous product that has earned a Geographical Indication (GI) tag.
