Kohima, February 3: Nagaland Chief Minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to Shri Nitin Nabin, the newly appointed President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and extended his warm congratulations on assuming the leadership of the party.
