Aizawl, February 27: Khilli Ram Meena chaired a high-level meeting at the CS Conference Hall, MINECO, to review arrangements for the visit of C. P. Radhakrishnan, who is scheduled to attend the 20th Convocation of Mizoram University on March 7, 2026.

During the meeting, various departments discussed coordination and responsibilities to ensure smooth reception and security arrangements for the Vice President’s visit. Preparations relating to protocol, security, health services, traffic management, and overall event logistics were reviewed in detail.
Among those present were DGP Pu Sharad Agarwal; Addl. PCCF (P&D) Pu Ravi Horo; IGP (Crime); Commissioner & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare; Secretary to Governor; Secretary, IPRP&S; DC Aizawl; SP (Security); SP (Traffic); SP Aizawl; officials from the State Protocol Office; and the Registrar of Mizoram University.

Representatives from Civil Hospital Aizawl, Zoram Medical College & Hospital, Directorate of Hospital & Medical Education, Health Services, and the Food & Drugs Administration also attended the meeting.
Officials emphasised coordinated efforts among all departments to ensure the successful conduct of the convocation and smooth execution of the Vice President’s visit to the state.
