The new facility aims to improve administrative efficiency by housing multiple departments under one roof, enhancing accessibility for citizens.
The Chief Minister also inaugurated the ₹17.95 crore Nalbari Convention Centre, a state-of-the-art venue intended to host official meetings, cultural festivals, and major social events, strengthening the district’s civic and cultural infrastructure.
The highlight of the visit was the dedication of the ₹58.22 crore District Sports Stadium Complex. The complex now houses Assam’s first Athletics Academy, a landmark initiative focused on identifying and nurturing grassroots athletic talent.
