Itanagar, February 3: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Monday acknowledged the dedicated service and significant contributions of two senior officers of West Kameng district during a farewell interaction held in the state capital.

The Chief Minister was called on by outgoing Deputy Commissioner of West Kameng, Smti Akriti Sagar, IAS, and Superintendent of Police, Shri Sudhanshu Dhama, IPS, on the occasion of their farewell following the completion of their tenure in the district.
During the meeting, Khandu expressed appreciation for the commitment, professionalism, and sincerity displayed by both officers during their service in West Kameng. He noted that their tenure was marked by effective administration, strong coordination between the civil and police departments, and a people-centric approach to governance.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the duo played a key role in strengthening administrative efficiency, improving public service delivery, and maintaining law and order in the district. Their collaborative efforts, he said, contributed significantly to ensuring smooth governance and addressing the needs and concerns of the local population.
Khandu further remarked that dedicated officers such as Akriti Sagar and Sudhanshu Dhama are instrumental in translating government policies into effective action at the grassroots level. He commended their ability to work closely with communities and stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of public service.
