Itanagar, January 25: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Saturday congratulated Techi Gubin, President of the Arunachal Vikas Parishad and former Chief Architect of Arunachal Pradesh, on being conferred the prestigious Padma Shri for his exceptional contribution to social service and lifelong dedication to community welfare.

Techi Gubin is a senior social worker, architect, and community leader from Arunachal Pradesh. He served as the Chief Architect of Arunachal Pradesh, contributing to infrastructure planning and development. Over the decades, he has remained actively involved in social and cultural movements, focusing on indigenous rights, community welfare, and social reform. His consistent service at the grassroots level has earned him wide respect, culminating in the conferment of the Padma Shri.
