Agartala, January 23: The birth anniversary of Subhas Chandra Bose, one of India’s most revered freedom fighters and nationalist leaders, was observed with solemnity, patriotism and enthusiasm in Agartala on Tuesday. Citizens, students, educators, social organizations and public representatives came together to pay tribute to the iconic leader, popularly known as Netaji, whose contributions to India’s struggle for independence continue to inspire generations.
The commemorative programme was held at Netaji Subhas Vidyanniketan, where dignitaries, teachers, students and members of the public gathered to honour the legacy of the legendary patriot.
