Imphal, Dec 10: The Governor of Manipur observed Armed Forces Flag Day 2025 with a solemn ceremony at the Conference Hall of Lok Bhavan in Imphal, paying tribute to the dedication, courage, and sacrifices of India's Armed Forces personnel, veterans, and martyrs.
