Shillong, September 16, 2025: The swearing-in ceremony for the newly appointed Cabinet Ministers of Meghalaya was held today at Raj Bhavan, Shillong. The event was presided over by Hon’ble Governor Shri C.H. Vijayashankar, marking a significant step in strengthening the state’s governance.
Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly inducted ministers - Shri T.D. Shira, Shri Metbah Lyngdoh, Shri Lahkmen Rymbui, Shri Wailadmiki Shylla, Shri Methodius Dkhar, Shri Shanbor Shullai, Shri Brening Sangma, and Shri Sostheness Sohtun. He expressed his best wishes as they take on their new roles and responsibilities.
In his message, Chief Minister Sangma urged the ministers to serve the people of Meghalaya with commitment and integrity. He emphasized that their leadership and collective efforts will be crucial in driving the state’s growth and development in the years ahead.
