Imphal, September 23, 2025: The Governor of Manipur today graced the Governor’s Best Entrepreneur & AMEA’s Outstanding Awards ceremony, organised by the All Manipur Entrepreneurs’ Association (AMEA) in collaboration with the Directorate of Textiles, Commerce & Industries, Government of Manipur.
Seven outstanding entrepreneurs were felicitated for their exemplary contributions to strengthening Manipur’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The awards recognised innovation, resilience, and commitment to driving economic growth and job creation in the state.

In his address, the Governor praised the honourees for their achievements and encouraged the youth of Manipur to embrace entrepreneurship as a mission of nation-building. He envisioned the state emerging as a hub of innovation and enterprise in the years ahead.
The ceremony highlighted the growing role of entrepreneurship in shaping Manipur’s economic landscape and underscored the government’s commitment to fostering a supportive ecosystem for startups and business ventures.
