Dimapur, September 4, 2025: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland on Thursday accorded a warm welcome to senior national leaders who arrived in the state to participate in a three-day Pradesh Sangathanatmak Karyashala, a key organisational workshop aimed at strengthening the party’s structure and expanding its grassroots presence.
Leading the delegation were BJP National General Secretary and Uttarakhand In-charge Dushyant Gautam, BJP National Secretary, National Spokesperson and Nagaland Prabhari Anil K. Antony, and BJP National Spokesperson Guru Prakash Paswan. The leaders were received at Dimapur by BJP Nagaland State General Secretary Manai Konyak, BJYM National Executive Member Arvind Damani, BJYM State General Secretary Likao Odyuo, Dimapur District BJP President V. Shekishe Achumi, senior party functionaries and enthusiastic party workers.
The three-day workshop is expected to bring together party leaders and cadres from across the state for a series of deliberations, training programmes and organisational reviews. The sessions will focus on strengthening booth-level committees, enhancing coordination among party units, improving outreach to voters and building a stronger cadre base at the grassroots level.
Party leaders said the workshop is part of the BJP’s ongoing efforts to reinforce its organisational network and prepare the state unit for future political and electoral challenges. Discussions are also expected to cover strategies for increasing public engagement, expanding membership and effectively implementing the party’s programmes across Nagaland.

Speaking on their arrival, the visiting leaders expressed appreciation for the warm reception and reiterated the importance of Nagaland in the BJP’s broader vision for the Northeast. They emphasized the need for a strong and vibrant organisational structure to ensure effective governance and development-oriented politics.
The workshop is being viewed as a significant step towards aligning the Nagaland BJP’s organisational framework with the national leadership’s roadmap, underscoring the party’s commitment to strengthening its presence and influence in the state.
