IMPHAL, August 16, 2025: The Government of Manipur has congratulated Squadron Leader Rizwan Malik, a native of Keikhu in Imphal East district, on being conferred the prestigious Vir Chakra, one of India's highest wartime gallantry honours, in recognition of his exceptional courage, leadership, and devotion to duty during a high-risk military operation.
