Agartala, February 25, 2026: Tripura Police Week 2026 was celebrated with grandeur and solemnity on Tuesday at the Manoranjan Debbarma Memorial Stadium in AD Nagar, where Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha attended the grand parade and reaffirmed the state government's commitment to strengthening policing, public safety and law enforcement infrastructure.

The event brought together senior police officers, personnel from various units of the Tripura Police, government officials and members of the public to recognize the achievements and contributions of the state's law enforcement agencies. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister commended the Tripura Police for their dedication and professionalism in carrying out their duties. Dr. Saha noted that the police have played a crucial role in curbing criminal activities and ensuring a secure environment for citizens. As part of the Police Week celebrations, a voluntary blood donation camp was also organized at the stadium. The Chief Minister visited the camp, interacted with donors and encouraged greater participation in such humanitarian initiatives. He praised the donors for their selfless contribution and highlighted the importance of blood donation in saving lives and supporting healthcare services.
