Agartala, February 7: Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha on Friday inaugurated the 12th Annual State Conference of the All Tripura Ophthalmological Society (ATOCON-2026) at Hotel Sonartari in Agartala, highlighting the importance of continuous learning, medical innovation and professional collaboration in strengthening healthcare services and improving patient outcomes.
