Organised from January 27 to 30 by The Gatekeepers Meghalaya Chapter, the festival brought together believers from across Meghalaya, Shillong, Ri-Bhoi district and other parts of Northeast India. According to organisers, the final-day attendance exceeded 1.80 lakh people, assessed through professional drone-based crowd mapping to ensure accuracy.

The event featured daily sessions of praise, worship and prayer, with a strong emphasis on spiritual revival, healing and unity among churches. Addressing the gathering, Apostle Ankit Sajwan of the Family of Lord Jesus Church, New Delhi, stressed that revival must continue beyond large congregations.

“Revival does not end with a gathering; it begins when God’s people return to prayer, unity, and righteous living,” Sajwan said, calling on believers to sustain their faith through disciplined spiritual life and collective responsibility.

A central feature of the festival was the sharing of testimonies, with several participants speaking about renewed hope, encouragement and personal transformation experienced during prayer sessions. Organisers clarified that these testimonies were expressions of faith and gratitude, and did not involve medical or clinical claims.

Senior Christian leaders, including Pastor Meyuchang Kiri and Pastor Cross Marbaniang, said the festival aimed to encourage families and youth towards moral renewal and purposeful living. They highlighted unity among denominations as a key outcome of the gathering.

The organisers also acknowledged the significant contribution of volunteers and believers from Nagaland, who assisted in logistics, worship coordination, prayer support and crowd management. This inter-state collaboration, they said, reflected a wider spirit of unity that contributed to the smooth conduct of the event.

Describing the festival as a landmark spiritual moment for Meghalaya, organisers said follow-up prayer initiatives and fellowship efforts would continue across the state to sustain the spirit of renewal ignited during the four-day programme.
