Jorethang, January 22: Nongkseh Sports Social and Cultural Club (SSC) of Meghalaya emerged as champions of the 11th All India Chief Minister’s International Gold Cup Football Tournament after registering a commanding victory over Border Security Force (BSF), Jalandhar, in the grand finale held at Jorethang in South Sikkim on Thursday.
The championship clash drew an enthusiastic crowd of football lovers, with spectators filling the venue to witness the culmination of one of the region’s most prestigious football tournaments.
