Members of the Council reviewed the supplementary allocations and also deliberated on unspent SOPD funds from 2015–16 to 2018–19, addressing utilisation gaps and financial planning for upcoming developmental activities in the Dima Hasao district.
Officials stated that the discussions were essential for ensuring better fiscal management and strengthening the implementation of council-led development schemes.
