Tripura CM Unveils ‘Viksit Tripura 2047’ Vision Document, Aligned with NITI Aayog Guidelines

Agartala, August 22, 2025: Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha today unveiled the ‘Viksit Tripura 2047’ vision document at Prajna Bhavan, Agartala, in the presence of cabinet members.

The document has been prepared in line with the guidelines of NITI Aayog, aiming to transform Tripura into a developed state by 2047, in sync with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a Viksit Bharat.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Saha said the document lays the roadmap for “Unnata Tripura, Shreshtha Tripura” through policies focused on economic growth, infrastructure development, education, healthcare, digital empowerment, and inclusive governance.

He emphasized that the state government is committed to implementing reforms and welfare measures that will ensure long-term development, eradicate poverty, and create new opportunities for the youth.

The Chief Minister underlined that the roadmap is not just a government initiative but a people-centric plan, calling on citizens to actively participate in shaping the state’s future.

The event marked a significant milestone for Tripura as it aligns its development goals with the national agenda of achieving a fully developed India by 2047.
