Tobu, Nagaland, Aug 6, 2025: The 35th August Gold Cup football tournament was held at Tobu Town, with K. Konngam Konyak, Hon’ble Advisor for Treasuries and Accounts and Art & Culture, gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Addressing the gathering, Konyak highlighted the importance of sports in fostering discipline, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles among the youth. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to promoting sports as a catalyst for youth empowerment and nation-building, in line with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
