Bengaluru, May 10: Nemcha Kipgen, one of the prominent Kuki-Zo legislators in Manipur and a member of the state government amid the ongoing ethnic crisis, attended the 45th anniversary celebrations of The Art of Living Foundation in Bengaluru.
The event also marked the 70th birthday celebrations of spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at the organization’s International Center in Bengaluru.
Sharing photographs from the event on social media, Nemcha Kipgen said she felt “deeply honoured” to participate in the landmark celebrations. She expressed gratitude for the warm reception and praised the organization’s continued efforts in promoting “seva, peace, wellness and collective harmony” across the world.
Nemcha Kipgen, who represents the Kuki-Zo community, has remained a significant political figure during the ongoing Manipur crisis.
