Imphal, Jan 27: Manipur celebrated a proud achievement on the national stage as Cadet Swaty Laishram of the 1 Manipur Air Squadron NCC represented the NCC Group Imphal and the entire North Eastern Region as the Contingent Commander during the Republic Day Parade 2026 in New Delhi.
